LOBA Launches a Low-Emissions, Waterbased System for Sealing Levelling Compounds
The innovative Factory Line for sealing cement-based levelling compounds is made up of the LOBADUR FactoryBase primer and LOBADUR 2K FactoryStyle sealant. The waterbased system retains the natural coloring and optical effects of visible fillers, thus opening up a wide range of design options – depending on the look of the chosen levelling compound – to create a timeless industrial look. With this extremely low-emissions system setup (EMICODE EC1 Plus), mineral levelling compounds can be turned into anti-slip wear surfaces with high mechanical resistance in mere moments.
Alongside its even, extra-matte appearance, the Factory Line also impresses with a long-lasting and slip-resistant surface for enhanced safety (DIN 51130 / BGR 181, R9) and is particularly easy to clean.
The Factory Line was specially developed for finishing visible fillers and can be used on numerous levelling compounds approved as wear surfaces. A floor sealed with the Factory Line is highly resistant to abrasion and is ideal for high-traffic residential areas as well as commercial use.
The processing properties also leave nothing to be desired: The Factory range is safe and easy to process and scores points for time efficiency. In the two-coat system, FactoryBase is rolled on once and sealed with one coat of 2K FactoryStyle after drying. Both of these new products are also particularly pleasant to use due to their low emissions (low VOC values and GISCODE W2/DD+ and W2+).
